Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy * Appointment cancellations must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. * Saturday and Monday appointments must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. * Deposits are **non-refundable**. * Cancelled appointments must be rescheduled within 14 days. * If the appointment is not rescheduled within 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. * Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% service cancellation fee. * No-call/no-show appointments will result in the full service payment (100%) being charged to the card on file. * To cancel an appointment, clients must call and speak directly with a member of our team to confirm the cancellation. * Text messages are not a valid cancellation method, as text messages are monitored by an off-site representative. We collect personal information, such as your name and contact details, to provide and improve our services, process payments, and communicate with you.
