Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for appointments excluding Couples Experiences must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited after 10 days if a new appointment is not scheduled within the same month. If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, a full payment may be charged to the card on file. To cancel an appointment, please contact us at (803) 992-3191 Couples Experience Booking Policy All Couples Experiences require approval prior to confirmation. Once your requested appointment is approved, a member of our team will contact you to collect a $50 deposit to secure your reservation. If the deposit is not received, the appointment request will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours. Cancellations must be made by calling 803-992-3191 and must be acknowledged by a member of our team to be considered valid. Please note: The deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made less than 4 days in advance. Privacy Policy: At EnaRose Aesthetics Spa, we value your privacy.
