Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy * Appointment cancellations must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. * Saturday and Monday appointments must be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. * Deposits are **non-refundable**. * Cancelled appointments must be rescheduled within 14 days. * If the appointment is not rescheduled within 14 days, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. * Same-day cancellations will result in a 50% service cancellation fee. * No-call/no-show appointments will result in the full service payment (100%) being charged to the card on file. * To cancel an appointment, clients must call and speak directly with a member of our team to confirm the cancellation. * Text messages are not a valid cancellation method, as text messages are monitored by an off-site representative. Privacy Policy: At EnaRose Aesthetics Spa, we value your privacy. We collect personal information, such as your name and contact details, to provide and improve our services, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not sell your information to third parties and implement security measures to protect it. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information.
